In early June of this year I met Juan at the Glendale Community College Swap Meet in Glendale Arizona. He was selling and taking orders for bumpers. On June 8 he picked up my front and rear bumpers to my 1952 Chevy Sedan Deluxe at my home. He assured me I would get them back in approximately 2 weeks. He was going to chrome plate them and send them to me via UPS. After a month I started calling Juan to find out when my things would arrive and not until I called several times did I receive the brackets to my bumpers. (They were not even done properly!) I continued to call about my bumpers sometimes up to 3 times a day. Juan would rarely answer my calls, and when he did, he would tell me they would be here in the next day or two. Now we are in September and I have not been able to get a hold of him since mid-August. He now will not answer or return my calls at all! I drove all the way to California and was going to pay Juan a little visit and the address he uses is a UPS mail station!!! I am out of an original bumper to my 1952 Chevy and the money I paid him in advance to chrome them. He has not heard the last from me yet!!!
