Jonathan aldy tried to sell me a car online that did not exist in hopes of getting a deposit knowing i was a 1000 miles away

A fly by night auto sales dealer. I am a auto buyer for several dealerships. I contacted certified auto thru ebay and made a deal on a car and aranged to purchase. I found out that no such car was available and this business is not listed with businesses that they claim to deal with. Looking into fraud charges
