I purchased a 2006 Chevrolet HHR from this dealer that represented the car in "excellent condition." I have purchased 4 other vehicles on Ebay and I know what "excellent condition" means according Kelly BLue Book a standard in the automotive industry. This car according to KBB is at the most in fair condition. Specifically the car was in very poor physical condition with rear hatch body damage. The interior was so badly stained on the seat and carpet, they need replaced. The front hood has several stone chips. The car was listed with keyless remotes and they were missing. Mismatch tires and signs flood damage as the underside was impacted with mud. The emergency brake cable was pulled away from the attach point ton the body. When the car was delivered I immediately contacted the seller and his replay was "I did not make enough money on the car to cover any discrepancies found."
Also he tricked me into buy around ebay so I could not have any recourse. Even the deposit made through paypal and the financing through ebay was not open for challenge. This was a clear case of fraud and misrepresentation of the item listed.
