Gary Yeomans Ford of Daytona Beach, FLorida is one of many auto Dealerships in the business of selling "Paint Protection packages" They sell them for as much as $400 and justify this by telling the customer that it is figured ion the financing. But what GARY YEOMANs is doing is "fraud in the inducement" by telling customers they "HAVE TO BUY THE PACKAGE" or they cant buy the car. So since they wear down the customer and the people fall for this, Yeomans has no shame. Te customers should call the corrupt salesmans bluff and walk out.
I have bought many vehicles from Yeomans Ford. If you let them know up front you are not a sap, you will have nop problem. I thought the people getting scammed are senior citizens or women buyers, but I ran into a businessman who should have to commen sense to know better. Most scams are brought on by the victim but that isnt a justification of the con artist. Stupid is as stupid does I guess. But in this case people need to know there is no such thing as a "miracle paint protection".
There is usually a kid in the back putting normal wax on a car to make it look good. The dealership is hoping the customer doesnt bring it back as part of the package. Yeomans even charges for that followup. Soo there are people falling for the "package' at $400 then they fall for the continued care at a crazy price.
Beware of GAry Yeomans Ford and his Daytona Auto Mall. OThers do it but at least we know this guy is doing it. Yeomans... Stop this.
