24/7 Auto Glass replced winshield on 2003 Chevy Tracker. Windshield was improperly installed and leaks. Had 24/7 return to fix problem and problem still exisits. Called @ 9:30am on 5/25 and was told by representative they would return my call in 15 minutes. I called back @ 11:20am and spoke to another representative who would not tell me his name and was informed 24/7 Auto Glass was done with me (quote) and was hung up on. I called back and spoke to same unknown man and was told he would hang up on me again. I did not give him any cause to speak to me so horrible. All I have asked for is to get what I have paid for and to properly install winshield. Obviously I am asking for too much. I am in shock at the way I was treated and very upset over this whole situation. I am now afraid thay will not fix my problem nor stand behind the work they have done.
