A disabled man picked out a car he had decided to buy at this lot. The car had issues they promised to have fixed, and ready for him. I went there with him when the car was supposed to be ready. The car was not fixed. They told him he needed to give them at least $2500 and sign a contract or pay in full, before they could fix it. They were pressuring him to hand over money, and sign papers. When I asked (nicely), if they would put in writing that they would repair the car as promised. The manager came out and told me to get the "% ^% #$ off the lot" (I believe he thought the salesman already had the cash)... If I had not been there I am convinced they planned to rip off that poor old disabled man.
I can't believe how rude the manager was to me. (I am a sweet. Older, lady) This is a HORRIBLE place! There is no one I dislike enough to send the to Austin's! They are BAD, BAD, BAD!
