Repo of my vehicle without paperwork

My car was repossess from this bank, and i was never notified of it until 5 days later after the fact they took my car. I asked numerous times from Jim who is the manager of finance to give me a break down of all the charges and till this day he has not mailed me one. I have been charge extra charges and I dont understand why. I think this bank is a rip off
