I purchased a car on Dec 21 A 1999 Jaguar. I told the salesman that the contract had a lot of errors. He told me to go ahead and sign it and the will correct it which they never did My name was misspelled He said that Did nt mean nothing my complaints was corrected. The salesman promised to fix the heater He had a wreaker to pick my car up to take it to dealership to be fixed. After not hearing from them for over a week I called them and they told me that i would have to pay 500.00 to get it fixed. I refused because I was told it was fixed when went over there. I asked for my deposit back that I had paid down on the car the sales manager agreed to give me back my money. They told me to sign this paper that was cancelling the contract which I did the salesman came out and told me that the Owner refuse to give me my moneyback so they ask me to leave. He said he had gave me money back on three car The only car he gave me my money back on was a 1997 BMW THAT I NEVER EVEN DROVE a day not even test drove. All I want is my money back
