I experimented with guide a round-trip from Ma to Vegas. After going right through anything through chair choice (and improving to "Much More Legroom"), I pushed "Proceed" and was returned in the website. Struck back-button and experimented with re-guide and cost elevated on return trip. Named to consult with a boss who constantly lied in my experience (all JetBlue.com exercise is on "my pc", not on JetBlue host, couldn't alter cost through immediate modification or issuance of credit, etc). Not the best way to operate a company - particularly one which is likely to be struggling once more whilst the financial recovery seems short lived. Somebody must worry about customer support again.
