My brother, just had his van serviced there. It was suppose to be 100.00 brake bleed diagnose for locking up calipers and no brake fluid to rear. You quickly said no its this, replace that and then said well that didn't work its this, then replaced that. That didn't work and the cruel cycle of lets play replace what we think is wrong and bill our customer as if he has all the money in the world.
I hope you know that customer saved his money or 2 weeks and sold personal belongings and used his family's food money for the week, cashed in change and borrowed money from family to pay your so called "lets replace the guessed mystery part and pray game"
You returned the vehicle with tires with low air pressure and brakes still locking up. My question now is where do we go from here? Do you stand by your statement that you wants a satisfied customer or is it you got your 1400.00 bucks and laugh to the bank.
