I've arranged a visit with expedia.com from 04/1 to 4/13 visiting New Orleans, LA. Upon my appearance in LA I visited get my rental-car at Dollar Rentacar 1675 FLIGHT DRIVE|KENNER, LA 70062. I waved any insurance or extra presents which were being pressed on me with a really rude customer support agent. My hasband was shown like a driver, but because he did not possess a charge card on him I offered the worker mine. She rudely insisted that I've to become the driver because itis my card. I rejected. Without my understanding she made me a co-driver. Passed us paper work and hurried us from there. Upon check-out at the conclusion of our holiday I ensured the container was saturated in fuel and delivered the vehicle. I had been given a statement of -$279 and was guaranteed that I'd NOT be billed, because the rental was a bundle with expedia.com (who likewise declined to assist by any means). I received my creditcard record having a $279 cost. After numerous efforts to get hold of the supervisor I had been defeated. Client servive would not keep in touch with me regadless these costs. I want these costs to become eliminated, because itis clearly a fraud.

I've approached expedia repeatedly plus they WOn't assist. I talked with Roxanne AZ1 on 4/4 (the supervisor at expedia) who was extremely rude to me, refused to help and hung up the phone on me.
