My vehicle was towed from apartment complex, management never called nor anybody from my complex. The reason the towing company proclaim they've taken my vehicle because it was double parked. Now this towing company has towed my vehicle once before from the same location, I feell that I'm a victim of illegal towing, isn't there a such thing as the towing company ticketing your vehicle for at least 24hr. Please help
