I made a payment to Ford Credit on Oct 15 for the Sept03 payment via their phone banking system. Two days later, Ford took the monies out of my account and did not credit my Ford account as having been paid for Sept 03.

On Novermber 10, I recieved a call from Ford stating that my Sept 03 payment was due and I need to send the money in now. I was told that even thought I made a payment for Sept on Oct 15, it and alought it was my regular monthly payment—the money only paid the insterest and I oweved $262 for the month of Sept03. I was told by Shelia Freeman (a ford collections rep) that she would contact Ford back east and to get my account credited properly and not to worry.

Today is Feb 04, and Ford has yet to credit this payement on my account. I have spoken to several reps and have been told that the Sept 03 pmyt will be credited to my account next day.

I have spoken to several credit collections reps, and supervisors and told that Ford does not have to credit my account for the SEPT 03 payment because it paid the interested only for that month and that I owed extra moneis for that month. I have requested that they properly report to the credit beaure that I made the SEPT 03 payment. Ford has not done this to date.

Anyone can tell can look at the payment history and tell if you take the monies — then you can credit the account— FORD Credit has yet to credit my account for the month of SEPT 03.

Stay away from ford credit— they are a very dishonst company to do business with.
