I purchased A truck from SMC the vehicle had a catistrafic failure when the rear differential broke apart at 55 mph. After some research found out the owner of SMC, randy sargent knew of this problem.
He falsely wrote out a bill of sale in another persons name who no longer owned the truck. After the accident I had the truck looked at by a Maine State inspection mechanic who noted the right side upper and lowert ball joints were bad and the cab mounts failed to pass inspection. But when the vehical was purchased it was never Lokked at but given an Inspection sticker by SMC.
I have spent thousands of dollars trying to get this truck road worthy and was also charge criminally for taking the truck off SMC's property for theft of services, when it sat there for a month after he refused to repair the damage.
