I purchased a new GL 550 Mercedes Benz on February 16 from Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. My sales person Randy Bevins verbally and via email promised me that I would have my title for the vehicle in no more than 10 days after my carrier picked it up. After the ten days passed I began aggressively inquiring about my title. After that I was contacted by the CFO Rob Kistler informing me that they would not be giving me my title. He accused me of being assoicated with dummy coroporations that had exported vehicles that were previously purchased. I tried to explain to Kistler I had no association with these companies and by law they had to give me my title. His response was he hoped I had alot of money because I would not see my title. I am not asking for any type of compensation only my title!
