I purchased a Mercedes Benz 2008 550 S, "accident free" from Mercedes Benz of Naples this year and discovered later that the car had 2 prior accidents and repairs of over $9,000.00 before I purchased it. When I spoke to the sales manager he apologized for the mistake they made and told me they did not have knowledge of the prior damages. But he also refused to take the car back or to compensate me for diminished value. After approval from the owner of the dealership he told me that Mercedes Benz of Naples will not do anything to eliminate the problem or to compensate me for the loss in value. <br style="padding-bottom:0px;margin:0px;padding-left:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-top:0px;">I cannot decide if Mercedes Benz of Naples deceived me or if they are not capable of doing due diligence to ensure buyers will in fact receive an accident free car when they offer one for sale.
