Filed for a refund for an unsed warranty that they boast about during their alloted time. Complied to their request of sending in all the paper work need. Recieved some emails about them recieving the paper work and when the check was to be sent out. After that date has come and gone I tried numerous times to contact the company. All you get is voice mails when you call, or if you get the receptionist she just puts you to a voice mail, no emails have been returned, even the ones sent to the President of the company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Californina.
If the company doesn't respond by the time the BBB has given, I will be contacting the State Attorney Generals office of California.
This place is a rip off. Stay away from it. If it sounds to good to be true it is.
