We purchased a used car from Car Sense, Inc. On 7/31. With the encouragement of the dealer, we also purchased an extended warranty from Signet Financial Group with the promise of a full refund if we did not used the warranty. At the end of the warranty period and having complied in full with the refund terms, we wrote for our refund on 8/9. Our certified letter was returned to us as undeliverable on 9/5. Since Signets post office box was closed, we surfed the web to find any contact information and found out Signet is nothing but a scam! We will never by anything from this company or any extended warranty ever again.
