After investing in a full-fare solution for over $700 five weeks ahead of time to accompany my spouse and two kids (used AA kilometers) on holiday, used to do not need a chair designated just before my trip from STL. Was informed in the entrance in STL that Texas had a "entrance store" on all outstanding seats. My spouse and kids were designated 9D, 9F, and 10D - appears the reasonable answer is always to determine me 9E, right? Nevertheless, after I reached DFW from STL more than 90 minutes prior to the trip and went straight to entrance A29, "Katrina" reassigned my boy from 10D to 9E, and explained I'd need to watch for my seat project. Delivered half an hour later, nevertheless couldn't support me. Lastly, 10 minutes after my loved ones had boarded (with my child in holes since she believed I Would be left out), Katrina explained the only real chair available was 27F. I expected her what occurred to 10D and he or she stated she'd considering that to another person, "sorry". Through the procedure she was curt, rude and disrespectful.
