On May 14th I flew from GSP to Woodstock with my iPAD resting alongside me in top class. I ignored to place the iPAD in my carrier as-is my routine since I have travel continuously and am Stone standing. After leaving the airplane and heading down towards the practice I recognized my error and returned towards the entrance instantly. The entrance agent was useful although not that good, she did get check the airplane but together with her perspective I had been not assured and thus talked with customer support who generously rechecked the airplane and chair 3D. No chance. Therefore where was my iPAD? I examined with customer support at three concourses, each one of these had another solution. The bottomline is there's no collection plan or procedure for managing missing products by team or by cleaning team. I had been informed the team might have set it right into a drop-box, subsequently informed the cleansing team might transform it into luggage claim. I have named numerous figures, did consult with lostandfound straight upon traveling back again to ATL 24 hours later, however no chance. I'm really dissatisfied with Delta for this really obvious defect with providers. Yes, my problem for making them. The iPAD is placed in airplane-mode and that I didn't sync it (heck did not actually understand I ought to), and so I cannot find it slightly.
