I have only taken my new car to walmart twice. The first time was for an oil change. When I lifted the hood after the work was done I discovered that oil was spilled all over the engine compartment and had even seeped down the spark plug wells. This prompted me to do my own oil changes.
When the time came for new tires I foolishly decided to trust the very same walmart with the job. Everything worked fine untill I examined the wheels. I saw that one rim was very badly scraped. These are expensive aluminum alloy rims from Italy.
I have no idea how they damaged my rim, but I have no confidence in their willingness to right matters. I know for a fact that they did it, but it is too hard to proove, since it was night and I did not notice the damage untill I got home.
Walmart is not a responsible or caring car service station. Do not make the mistake of going there to save money. Their bumbling stupidity will cost you much more in the end.
