Don't ever get your vehicle worked on at the Gordonsville, VA WalMart at Zions Crossroads. I went in for an oil change and they put the wrong fluid in my engine causing it to seize up in 3rd gear. I had to go to a mechanic to have my clutch system replaced at the tune of $1100. WalMart's response is that they will not take responsibility for this happening, despite what the other mechanic says.
To make matters worse, I have spent the last YEAR trying to get them to stand behind their failures and have gotten nothing but a run around both locally and through their 1-800-walmart phone lines. It is a real shame when someone's primary vehicle is damaged because of negligence. It should be a crime that they put me off for months only to say that too much time has lapsed for them to care about me as a customer.
Today, in a last ditch effort to let WalMart fix the situation by just filing a claim their their insurance they said no and sent me back to their corporate lines. They have washed their hands of the situation. I would not encourage anyone to use their services in the future for the sake of their vehicles.
