Dishonest incompetetent negligent unprofessional

On Wednesday February 16 I took my automobile to AZ Automotive INC for repairs. The staff did not contact me or even look at the car until Friday afternoon. I had to call in several times to check the status for the car and was never given any information. Finally on Friday the owner, Amir, gave me his diagnosis in which he stated that there were three error
codes which indicated that a specific part in my transmission must be replaced. I asked him several times if the problem was with the transmission and he stated that replacing that part along with the gasket and fluid would solve the issue. He assured me that the repairs would be completed by Saturday. Also he assured me that he would not waste my money and if the transmission had a problem he would advise me not to authorize the repairs. He quoted me an estimate of $540. On Saturday February 19 I called to check the status again and he said that he had not yet started on the repairs and would first thing Monday. Monday I called and Amir was not there, his staff assured me that he would return my call but no one did. On Tuesday I called again and he told me that they were just getting to the car and that I could come to pick it up after
lunch. I arrived and he told me that the repairs were done and that mechanically the car was functional but that the computer had to be reprogrammed which would cost me an additional $100. He also reassured me that the transmission was fine. I trusted Amir, paid him $540 and took the car to get reprogrammed. I spoke to experts at two Ford Dealers who told me that changing the solenoid pack would not have fixed the problem and that they did not recommend reprogramming the computer because it would not help. Still trusting, I took the car to Welltek auto which is where Amir had told me to take it. The owner told me from the start that he is not responsible if the reprogramming does not fix the problem. After he reprogrammed the car the same three error codes that were reading prior to the repairs went on again and the cars check engine sign and O/D off light were on again. He then diagnosed the car and said that the transmission is most likely faulty. I spent $87.40 at WellTek. I then took the car to AAMCO transmission where they diagnosed the car and confirmed that the transmission was faulty. They told me that any mechanic would know that replacing the solenoid pack would not fix this problem and that the initial diagnostic should have made it obvious that the transmission needed
repair. I then went back to AZ automotive. Amir was not there and when they called him for me I explained the problem to him. He said that he knew where the conversation was going and said that he is not responsible. He told the mechanic to give me back my old part and he hung up on me. His staff promised that he would call me back but he never did. I called again Thursday morning and he said that he would not return the money he made me pay to him for the parts and repair. He does not want to work with me. He is clearly negligent in this case. He lied to me several times saying that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. If he really didn't think anything was wrong with the transmission then it proves, according to expert testimony that he is negligent and unfit to operate an automotive repair shop. On top of everything Amir's demeanor is rude and unprofessional.
