My chief complaints about this company are as follows: 1. No supervisor present during the 10 hours of loading our furniture onto the trucks. I was told that he was having family issues. The supervisor constantly was calling his team from his home wanting to know why they were still there. He even call both me and my husband. This was not an 8 hour day loading, they should have scheduled us for a two day pack out. His team was young in age and I feel that they were also young in experience. The sent a new employee who started his first day on our pack out day. Our neighbors had to assist in helping them load up our crated motorcycles (we crated each motorcycle according to GPS specifications) for they could not figure out how to do it. 2. Using two colors for tagging instead of one (I was told red). I believe this is why they lost our masterbedroom chest of drawers and my standing jewelry box. Our bedrails had orange stickers on them as well as several other boxes. 3. Not enough inventory sheets to which the additional numbers were written int the "remarks/exceptions" and on the top of the page. There were duplicate numbers (both red and orange) and duplicate items written on the inventory list. I.E. 3 mattresses and 2 box springs. I have on two beds. 2 wagons, I only have 1 wagon. Requested that I receive a corrected inventory and sent to my parents home which has not been received to date. All of our personal mail had been transferred there and I have received all mail, including magazines. 4. They stated that our dresser was not in the warehouse nor on any shipments. My question is -where did it go? Their answer is to file a claim. My answer - Not good enough! They need to find out where our chest of drawers is and at no cost to us deliver it to our home in Georgia.
