Well me and my husband went their to purchase a mustang they had for sell. We had it for a week and notice a knocking noise and we had it inspected by a mechanic who told us to take it back to the dealership because it was the engine.
Well we took it back and they said that they will get the mechanic to look at it. We waited while the mechanic test drove it and checked it out. We wnt inside to see what they had to say they never told us what they mechanic said they just told us to go pick out something else from the lot.
Now keep in mind we have put down $1500 down for the mustang already and it was a lemon. We found something a Ford Expedition then they say well you need to put down $800 more to get in that. We felt like we should not have put down anymore money because they already had $1500 of our money and we had no car.
So after we tell them that they say well you need to pick out a car in the same price range as the mustang which was about $10,000 the Expedition was only $11,000. We ask why we need to put down more money they said it was a much higher quality of car than what we had.
So after going through all that they gave us the run around and kept trying to put us in cars we did not want. They told us we can not have our money back because we signed a contract so hey said it was basically we take the car they wanted to give us or we lose our money. The salesman and women there was so rude to us and we felt as if we were being treated unfairly. We are looking for some advice on this please help.
