In December my Ford Mustang broke down on the turnpike my boss told me to have it towed to Auto Clinic USA because thats were he takes his vehicles so thats what i did. When they received my vehicle they advised me that it would be a simple job that all they that one of the seals cracke and they would need to fix it.
About 2 days later they called me and sayd i had a cracked head gasket beacuse the car overheated so i trusted them and asked for the price. They told me $1500 and if cash it would be $1200, so i trusted them and told them to fix it.
About 1month and a half later after manny calls to them they told me my car was ready so when i went to pick it up as i drove away the check engine light came on and so i whent back the mechanic there told me it wasnt anything to do with the headgasket, so i trusted him.
Again for 2 months almost every other day i stoped there cause my car wasnt the same it was verry loud and slugish i know they didnt fix it properly. I also took it too 3 different mechanics and all of them advised me to keep going back untill he fixes his mistakes. So i tryed and tryed they never fixed it. They wanted to caharge me more money they also advised me that i have 12 mo warrentee on the headgasket so i left it alone.
Then on August 10th i was driving home from work and once again my car broke down i had it towed to them because i knew it was the headgasket and sure enogh it was. Now they want me to pay $1500 to fix it when it should be covered. My car had oil in it because i had oil put in it that morning and it didnt overheat when i broke down. There was no smoke and my oil wasnt a different color.
All i want is for them to correct there mistake and fix it properly the owner was verry rude to me so people be ware Auto Clinic USA is a rip off now to think about they never fixed my bosses cars properly because we always had to send them back.
