My sister had bought a truck from this man it took her 8 months to get her title from him, he keept telling her that she owed more money, and that he was going to reposes the truck if she did not pay him, well she had all recipts to the truck which is paid for, she finally recieve the title today. But i am telling you all to not buy ay vehicles from this man A&R sales. He is a RIP OFF.
She had bought a mustang from him, from the get go the mustang was trouble, it was like the car from christien the movies, anything that could go wrong did go wrong, the sister that i am i pulled up the vin munber and paid to get a history report their was over 66 reports, the car is a LEMON by texas state law dealer's are required to tell the buyer of any damages to vehicle even if it say's sold as is. This man did not do that, if you could only see the history report then you would not buy a vehicle from him.
Even though she finally got her title and the mustang is back in ROB'S posession i told her that i still will file a report, and many other's will be filling also, he has given her nothing but grief over the title, and threatning her.
I tell you all do not again i repeat do not buy a vehicle from this man. I also talked to several people that has bought vehicles from him, and they all say the same thing.
I know of one person who this man had said that there was a new engine in a car he had sold, guess what folks the engine was not new and he wanted extra money to have it fixed. I also know of another person who had bought a vehicle from him and two weeks later the car broke down, he told this buyer that he would have his mechanic fix it and he will put what money is owed to have it fixed on the back of the lein. Well she did and got way over her head, he over charged her then reposed the car.
Back to my sister, the truck she had bought had to have many repairs done on it, he told her take it to my mechanic, well the smart person she is did not take it to his mechanic and got it fixed cheaper.
He and his mechanic are rip off con-artist. The mustang in question got inspected by people he knows and that mustang should have never passed inspection. Most vehicles he has should not pass any inspection's.
I can name several people that have bought vehicles from this ROB and they can all say the same thing, when you buy a vehicle from him it will work for a week then you are left on the side of the road asking him for help. This is how he makes his money, (RESALE). He hooks you then rob's you.
I hope more people will come out of the wood works and start filling on this man.
Again i told my sister i was doing this becase of the many lies he has told her. And i will have many more people tell their story.
I personally think a good lawyer need's to be found so many other's can get there money back.
