Tranmission Heaven, Nationwide Tranmission, Tranone Every SCAM report about this company is true.internet

Hello,
I almost was a victim of this company. I went to the internet and found tranone. I tried to do my due diligence and tried to find a scam report in Google on the company none found. I then spoke to Kevin
Who informed me with the discount it would be nine hundred seventy three dollars plus hard parts
To repair transmission. He also said free tow. Full diagnostics before repair. Nowhere was there any conversation about advanced wire transfers, No Credit Cards or Checks. They tow my car to High Miles transmission 4075 Boston Rd
Bronx, NY Kevin provides me with the phone number to the shop. I was told two to three days to get report
Five days later they send me a contract that said in order to get started sign contract provide a $975.00
Deposit. I then asked what the total quote for repair would be Kevin said I do not know. How do you not know when there was to be a full diagnostic done? He said we have to now open transmission. That to me means only a cursory diagnostic was done. Now alarm bells are going off. I now look at the contract
I see a different name on contract it sayss tranmissionciti I Google SCAM tranmissionciti and now see I am in trouble. I am sick and considered disabled in New York State. I call the owner of the shop where my car is. Joe is the owner of the shop he then informs me that he is under a contract with Tranmissionciti and all he is to do is tear down the transmission and nothing else. When tranmissionciti says the shops are responsible for quotes and repairs that is a complete lie. Tranmissionciti in all instances will ship a used transmission to that shop to install in your car. Joe also informs me there warranty is useless. I tell Joe to do nothing with my car there is no valid signed contract and to expect
To hear through my contacts to get in touch with the New York state Attorney Generals Office. I
Have a contact with a deputy mayor in the City of New York. He suggested I go to the AGS office on Broadway in Manhattan and to use his name if necessary. I went to the office and was escorted to the consumer fraud office. The administrator there saw I was sick she called me into her office I explained
My situation she then informed the auto fraud division was in another office. Having sympathy for me
She called over to the other office where I spoke to the senior auto fraud investigator. This man was a lifesaver he immediately called over to the shop and asked to speak to the owner Joe explained who he was gave him the office number to have Joe call back to prove who he is. You can never tell by a incoming call unless you have caller ID. Joe calls him back and says I was expecting your call based on what the owner of the car told me yesterday. The shop wanted $350.00 to put Transmission back in and tow fee. The Fraud investigator then said there is no signed contract and would he be willing to do the right thing. The owner Joe came up with this. Rebuilt torq converter $395.00
Rebuild my transmission with needed hard parts $731.00
labor to Remove & reinstall $495.00
New fluid filteer & gasket $129.00 I checked prices with three other shops who said price was fair. Being disabled and not having a car i went for the repairs. However out of priciple I should have pulled the car from his shop to another. Anyone knowingly conspires to commit a fraud or knows of the fraud is just as guilty.in this case the shop is very aware of the fraud and should not except any cars from Tranmissionciti in any case. Any shop taking in these cars is also perpetrating a fraud. These shops should also be held accountable for there actions I told Joe the owner of high miles to stop excepting these cars. If Tranmissionciti had no shops to send cars to then no fraud they are out of business. Now how do we put them out of business. Complaints on this board are not enough.
1) Contact and file a complaint with your state AG'S office where the shop committed fraud.
2) contact and file a complaint with the Texas AG'S office the state Tranmissionciti is registered in.
3) File a complaint with http://www.1c3. Gov the federal internet crime bureau. This is a partnership between the FBI & White Collar Crime Center with the bureau of justice assistance. This is for the interstate fraud they commit.
4) Take these complaints from this board and others plus your complaint and go to the office of your local Congressman. They need our votes. I bet if we do enough of all this
heads would role and the Larry's & Kevin's plus every other sales person and shop's doing business with Tranmissionciti or one of there aliases will eventually
have there day in Federal Court on numerous criminal or RICO charges.
