My complaint is regarding discrimination, fraud and refund practices that Criswell Chevrolet Lotus Lamborghini Kia Hummer, of Gaithersburg Maryland has conducted during our business transaction.
Criswell Chevrolet Lotus Lamborghini Kia Hummer, of Gaithersburg Maryland is engaging in fraudulent and illegal activities by selling damaged vehicles as well as engaging into discriminating contracts practices of charging a higher interest other than what the banks had approved my loan.
I purchased a SUV from this dealership on or about Oct 31st 2003 and it was returned on or about Nov 13th. I had the truck thoroughly checked-out and found out that salesperson Mike Mimer of Criswell Chevrolet Lotus Lamborghini Kia Hummer, knowingly sold me a damaged truck that had also been repainted in order to hide the damages that had been done to the truck. A carfax was not provided upon request.
After informing this dealership of my facts and finding they became belligerent and hostile and refused to return my cash deposit.
