Al Serra Chevrolet/Hummer
Ripoff, Did not take responsibility for third party vendors that they contract with

We purchased a 2005 Corvette from Al Serra Chevrolet/Hummer on May 11. Al Serra Chevrolet/Hummer will not claim responsibility for repairing an unacceptable paint job performed by their third party vendor on our Corvette this week.

I was told to speak to the owner, Jerry Colton if I had any problems with the paint job when I came to pick up the vehicle. When I went to Al Serra to pick up the car, I asked to speak to the owner, Jerry Colton, because the paint job was unacceptable (imperfections in the paint... Ie drip marks, painting over bugs, and two rock chips which occurred when the car was transported from the auto body shop to Al Serra).

I was told by Sam DeFrance to take my car and leave the property. The desired resolution is for Al Serra to take positive control of the corvette and have it fixed adequately and not return it to us until it is fixed adequately.
