I purchased a 2001 Yukon from John Miles Chevrolet. I ask them before I purchased this car if it had ever been wrecked and they told me no that they where giving me a carfax which would show this.
Well they gave me a clean Carfax as of 10/17. But after I purchased this car I found out that the whole drivers side, the front and the front quarter panel had been damaged very bad. I have also come to find out it may have had frame damage.
But then I started doing some research and found out from Carfax that on 10/29/03 and 11/07 a damaged disclosure title was sent to the state of Ga. Keep in mind I purchased this car on 10/18. The 10/29 and the 11/07 titles where were they put it in my name and where I changed the tags over. They knew this car had been wrecked. There is no way that a dealership would not have know. Its very clear to anyone with used car knowleadge. They have been very mean to me when I call them. Don't buy a car at John Miles Chevrolet. I have even contacted the owner. He was no help at all. My 19 year old daughter drives this car. It has some major front end issues.
