I purchased a H3 hummer and the hummer had to be brought from another dealer. Carl Black salesman said it would be delivered the next day. Well the next day came and no hummer. I started calling and they finially returned my call late that night. The saleman said it would be delivered in 2 days.
Well 2 days went by and no hummer. I called and e-mailed. No return on either. Well now 6 days has passed and finially get a call saying my hummer is going to be delivered now. Finially got the hummer. But, i paid for a paint and fabric protection and it was not done. I asked when it was on my invoice if I had to have it. The salemans said yes"we do that to all our vehicles" Well I had to contact them and take the hummer back to them and wait 3.5 hours to get it done. I should have been compensated for my time and trouble. All they say is sorry. Buyer beware.
