I mailed a package through the ups store but we mailed it parcel post instead of ups. I got it insured for 500 dollars. The package became damaged on route. When I went back to file for my claim the worker said she couldnot take cace of it, that the store owner Jeffrey Szenyo was the one who takes care of these things. She said she would let him know about it. Since then Ihave been back to the store 8 times with absolutly no satisfaction.in fact he will not call me and is never there when I show up. I make it a point to tell the worker that I need to here from him, as of this date I have had no communication with himwhatsoever.
