Offensive owner of UPS store

I dropped off a package at the store near the Loop in Kissimmee FL only to have it delivered back to me.

The owner was not there on Saturday and when I told him that he told me nastly that I should go to another UPS store! I will now be going back to the post office where I am treated with respect.
