Spring of 1997 I purchased a new 1997 Buick Skylark from Royal Buick. After several alingment attempts months of going back to the dealer. Arbritration with the better business bureau. Proof the frame was out of alignment. Both the dealer and the manufacturer still instist nothing wrong with the vehicle...
I was stone walled untill I found this website... I have over 25 years of experiance in the automotive field... If the manufacturer or the Dealer will acknowledge the error and correct the frame of the vehicle at the cost of approx $2500 I will let this go I paid approximately $23,000.00 for this vehicle. This has been almost seven years.
Instead of correcting the problem, the Dealer and Manufacturer ask if I would be willing to trade the vehicle in for the next years model. I wish it to be known that the State of Arizona has Lemon Laws in place that is more satisfying to the retailer/wholesaler and completely unfair to the consumer. There should be no time limit or use of the product (milage) the milage of the vehicle should be refered back to when the complaint was first issued...
