I paid for a vehicle from this dealer on October 15, and was promised the vehicle would be ready in 2-3 weeks. The vehicle was never given to me and the dealer avoided me. I went to his shop on December 14 and saw that the vehicle was taken apart and absolutely not drivable -it did not even have a steering wheel. I took pictures of this.
The dealer then suggested that if I took him to court for the fraud he committed against in the amount of $6,031 he would put me into his personal bankruptcy case and I wouldn't see one penny of my money.
Further, the dealer failed to send the vehicle title to my credit union as this as the vehicle was paid for via a loan. The dealer offered to pay me back the $6,031 by making $200 monthly payments, which is not acceptable.
This has left me unable to purchase another vehicle as I am currently paying on a vehicle loan for a vehicle I do not have.
