WEST HOUSTON VOLKSWAGEN
We purchased a used 99 jetta from W. Houston Volkswagen and have spent thousands of dollars in less than a year in repairs:
A/C took four times to fix right at their "auto-shop" or more like warranty scheme shop. Brakes and rotors went out, trunk wouldn't open (electric), tire axle POPS, spoiler is WAY too low and catches on sticks, supposedly German car says Made In Mexico ALL over.
We have been BANNED from returning to the dealership because of heated arguments and their refusal to offer ANY kind of compensation... Although their salesman looked at the cover up job and said it looked like an art student tried to fix it. They then blamed it all on us. I've told every one I can not to go there. AT least two have taken my advice... Maybe more now.
