They would not take my car payment. And Shanda was rude about it

I lost my job and became a month and a half behind on my payment. When I called to make arrangements to make a payment she was unwilling to work with me. She became very rude and unprofessional. I had $350 of $485 and would have the remaining amount and next payment by November. Then my mother called her and she was very nice and willing to work with my mom. After hanging up on me how ridiculous is that.
