Very rude irvine california

Dont do it!
These people are very rude. First of all i lost most second means of income, so i make payment arrangements every month. My payments are not even a month behind. I called CPS on 1/18/07 to make sure that my payment was going to be taken out of my account the next day. The lady said "yes" and I told her that I would call her back with arrangements for my next payment. She told me to "get with the program or get out of our car" then ended with "have a nice day." She hung up on me.

Pissed as I was I called 800-979-0837 back and demanded to speak with the lady and when she got on the phone i told her how rude she was to me. I was cut off by her saying "pay your bills!" I then told her to "shut up" (I was mad) and hung up on her.

She then called my job right back telling my boss that nationwide auto recovery will pick up my vehicle by 10p that night! I contacted the lady once again and she told me that she said, "I refused your payment due to your nasty mouth, now you shut up!" From that moment on when I tried to call and speak to a manager they all claimed to be the manager and they all just happened to hang up on me in the middle of transferring to someone else.

I have filed a complaint w / Better Business Bureau and the FTC.
