Advantage Car & Truck Sales
Ron and Ed are owners, Trent sold the car to me AVOID THIS DEALER, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, AND YOUR CAR!

I purchased a car from Advantage on 8/28. I put $1700 down and paid $617.92 in taxes, title transfer and tags. I was issued a temp tag, a licence plate and pink slip, I added the car onto my insurance, signed all my paperwork and it was a deal. Four days after I purchased the car Advantage guys showed up to my job with a tow truck and took the car. That was four weeks ago. I tried to get my money, back, the car back, nothing. I was desperate, as I am a single mother and need a car to get to work, yet Ron and Ed would avoid my calls. I looked through my paperwork for the finance company, and found one listed, I called them, however they did not have me in their system, at all. I called Advantage back, who at this time told me it was the ""Bank"" that was holding my money. I informed them that the Finance company listed on my paperwork has no information on me or my car, at which time they informed me ""Oh another bank has the loan"" Once I got the new bank info I called and guess what... They didn't have me either, BUT they did in fact have my car, found by VIN numver, and they did in fact finance that car FOR AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PERSON!!!
Now I have the pink slip for this car, this is a legal and binding document that says I AM the registered owner, it also shows I paid a total of $617.92 in STATE TAXES and fees to have this car registered to me AND I have an insurance policy with this car listed on it, I also have a bank statement showing that I paid $1700 down for said car, yet I do not have the car SOMEONE else bought it, ALSO paid them the STATE TAXES and fees and is now driving this car.
I STILL do not have any kind of refund, they refuse to give me my cash back, I have no car, drained my savings to purchase that car and what Little I had left I have had to shell out for a rental so I can get to work. What they have done is very illegal, and even more immoral. Stay far away from this place. They stole from me, and now it'll be weeks before I even get a court hearing to get my cash back. They are dishonest immoral theives.
