Went to purchase a vehicle from this dealer in the end of November. Put a down payment of $6,500. The car I was buying was being sold to me at $12,500. When I went to do the paperwork to finance the remaining balance, I was charged $25,000 for the car. I told the fianance person that I want to finance the car elsewhere and he told me that I had to finance the loan with them only.
I requested my disposit back and finance person told me that I would lose 35% of my deposit. The finance person charged me fees that were never mentioned me. The bank called me and I questioned them about their fees and they told me that they do not charge does fees that i was being charged by the finance person. I spoke with the finance person (Jay Torres) he told me that the cars they sold were bank repossessed and the bank that repossesed the cars required the additional fees. I was charged double the amount of the price listed on the car.
