When I purchased 2010 Cadillac srx I signed contract with sales man Frank Williams and was never asked or told I was purchasing a smart care maintenance package for 12 months or12,000 miles for 2,300 plus 125.00 tax I would have never Brought that package it on includes oil change and rotation of tires I was never I was asked to sit down with finace manager Bruce and explained about any such package or anything about contract I signed all contract papers in front of sales person Frank Williams and was never asked did I want a smart care package. Why would I buy a smart care package u don't have to change oil that often I have 8,000 miles and my oil sensor says I have 60 percent of oil life left and I didn't know. That rotation of tires could cost u 2,300 plus 125.00 tax please can I get some. Help I just had a Kidney Transplant I don't need to be taken to the cleaners Tooth
