Poor customer service

Where do i begin? My fiance and I worked out a deal with Frank for a Cadillac CTS for a very fair lease price. We put down a deposit and was promised a car in 3 days. We returned our current vehicle only to find out he was not able to get the car promised to us, we patiently waited until he could. When the car arrived, it was the wrong car. I was also promised a loaner vehicle for their problems, but when i spoke to Bruce he said he is not in the business of renting cars even though it was his facilities fault. Then we were told that our credit wasn't good enough even though we were already approved, he then re-tried six times. Ally and GM financial both redflagged us for the numerous applications in such a short time. When we called the two creditors they said we were already approved, but it looked suspicious for the number of applications. Bruce refused to find us the car we contracted with them and I lost my GM loyalty points because they expired Jan. 31 and it took them 3 weeks to get me the wrong car. Bruce in my opinion has very poor customer service and is incapable of his position, since I was told at another Cadillac dealership and GM financial that I am approved for such a loan without all the red flags ofcourse. Frank Williams is incapable of following procedure and finding a contracted vehicle, I had to do the work for him calling other Cadillac dealerships looking for my vehicle.
