I purchased a transmission service overhaul to be done on my transmission from Netgearhead.com on 06/24/03.
It was later that I found out that my transmission didn't need to be repaired, but that the vaccum modulator had gone out on my truck.
I called Netgearhead within several days after purchasing the overhaul service to tell them that my vehicle was fine and didn't require an overhaul, so I asked for a credit.
I kept on calling them and every time they said the same thing, "it will take several days to a week before you get a credit on your credit card." to this day I still have not been credited.
I found out that I'm not the only person going through the same ordeal with this company.
