I went to rent a car for a full month of november. I was renting from the company enterprise located in the bronx, a sales person by the name saly atkins and staff assisted me with a rental for a vehicle.
I was there at 9:00 am did not leave the place til 2:30 pm because, they did not have a vehicle on premises. She told me don't worry i will get you a car as we speak, and we continue to fill out the contract agreement until the car arrives. So, she said that i was going to get the vehicle for the amount of 899.99 for one month and i was like that seems like a good price including the 10% percent and a extra day free because, the vehicle have not arrive in time.
So i waited and she told me that i was a lucky guy getting that price and i said thank you very much. Two weeks later i receive a call from the office rom enterprise stating that i was to return the vehicle as soon as possible. I call them left them messeges and they never got back to be. Next two days i receive another messege that if i do't retun the car i was going to be paying another 300.00.By the way the person who call me his name is aden.
Then i call the ass't manager her name is gloria and she said that i have to pay for the whole thing. Then i said to her that i was being harass by her employess but, she did not beleive in the whole thing. I had everything recorded on my answering machine so she could listen to the messages and i guess the gentleman got reprimanded.
My point is that they did not explain the other charges to me they said that the 899.99 was for insurance only then 325.00 was for weekly rate thay are a rip off.
