Unlike any of the other reports I have read here, I have yet to get to that point and am hoping I can get help before I do. I last spoke with a representative of affiliated financial on July 22 when I called them to make a payment of $425. At the time of this same phone call, I requested a statement be mailed out to me of my account standing and payment history. I was told that it would not be a problem to recieve this information and that it would be out to me within a weeks time. I also told the rep that I would be making another payment two weeks from that date of July 22nd and would be making it the same as I had been for atleast the last 6 mths or so, by way of debit card over the phone. However, I actually called the following week to make that payment and to also check the status of the info I had requested previously because I had not recieved it, only to find that I could not get anyone on the phone. As a matter of fact the phone number (954-605-0400) was constantly giving a busy signal which was not at all common. I had my car since August and have used this contact number hundreds of times since then and has never been busy to my memory. Today is Sept. 8 and I am still getting that same busy tone. I have called this number a few times a day all at different times and am now at a dead end. I really need help to find out what is goin on and what to do about it. I saw this site when I was actually trying to obtain an e-mail address for them on the internet and now I am really getting worried because this is the reason I requested a statement from them because I too was getting different amounts owed and now there is no response. What is really strange is if I am even a day late on my payment they are blowin my phone up until they recieve payment and I have not recieved a phone call nor any notice in the mail. Someone please help!
