On July 17 I went on-line to pay my car payment and was unable to access the web access for Peak5.com I tried several times but still unable to access the web access that I had used the month before, so I wrote a check to the company and mailed it on July 17 and it was returned to me stating that it was not deliverable as addressed. I tried all day on the 23 July to call the company and make my payment on the phone when I finally reached the number on my statement it stated that it was a teleconferencing phone number, so I tried the Flatiron Financial Services phone number and it is consistently busy. So what is a person suppose to do about making their car payment, there is no forwarding address to send it to no live number to call. How are you suppose to receive your car title and who are you suppose to make the payment to now I am 4 payments from owning my car what am I suppose to do now. Why wasn't any type of letter mailed out notifying anyone about what is going on with this company. People need answers to these questions. No one wants to wake up or be at work and find out that their car has been repossessed due to no fault of their own due to this company lack of communication to let people know what is going on. It just is fair. This issue needs to be quickly resolved.
