Today is Tuesday, June 7, I have been waiting on a package since Friday. When I looked up the tracking number it said it was at the office awaiting verification of address. I called the company who shipped the package and they repeated the correct address, I called UPS and they repeated the correct address. I was told the reason it was not delivered Friday was because the driver could not find my house. I then responded Well they've been here before and my address comes up on every GPS Ive ever used. You can pick your package up today in Opelousas I was told, which is about 35 miles from my home. That was on Monday. So they asked my phone number and said they would call me back. They did call but Im a nurse that works 12 hour shift in ER so I was unable to answer my phone. Today they called me to get directions to my house, when I suggested they put it in the GPS I was told they dont have a GPS and the driver was new. So I suggested have the driver call me when they get to Iota and I will give them directions. WELL TODAY IS TUESDAY AND IT WONT BE DELIVERED TODAY BECAUSE THE PACKAGE IS STILL IN OPELOUSAS CAUSE I DIDN'T ANSWER MY PHONE! With all the technology UPS is using to track packages, they are gonna tell me a driver doesn't have a GPS! Give me a break, A new driver at that with no GPS! That is why I shall use the United States Postal Office or Fed Ex if I have a choice from now on!
