To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this because Car Max in Naperville, IL. Sold me a lemon. A 2006 Saturn Ion Coupe which has 48,000 miles on it and I have not had it for more than eight months. Already the egnition key has gotten stuck in the egnition switch and the car will not turn off. This has happened twice in less than three months and it has already supposedly been "repaired" already once. The wheel has been locking intermittently while I am driving. And the key fob now will not lock my car doors. I am paying for a car that I am afraid to drive because I do not know what else will go wrong. Not what can, but what WILL go wrong. This has to be the most under developed, mis manufactored car in the market. No wonder GMC no longer manufactors these cars. I think GMC needs to do something to rectify this because this car is a hazard to drive and to even be in. And, of course, I am PAYING for this
