I bought a car from this car lot, in jan. and the car was a lemon, the first week i had the car the whole, spark plug came completely out of the motor. Two weeks, after that the car started stopping, and jerking like i was driving a standard. I took thecar up to the car lot were i purchased it, and let them know, they said they drove the car, and they put on the computer diagnois, and there was nothing wrong with it, so i picked the car up and drove it home, and it jerked the whole way home. This car is a 2004 dodge lemon neon.
I drove the car for about 2 day's and it stopped and me and my son almost got hit by a truck, i thanked god the car started up in time. The next day i took it back to them, the manager javier, said he will drive the car around houston his self, so see what's wrong with the car. I called him that evening, and he said nothing wrong with car. The manager javier said he drove my car around for 2 hours, i know that is a lie, because when i dropped the car off, my gas was on a half a tank, and my mileage was still, the same this company is a lie they played me out of 1,500 dollors, come to find out the transmission is slipping and i only had the car right at 2 months. My 90 day / 9,000 miles wasn't over yet. Thank you for listening to my complaint for the lafiesta auto sales.
